1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The product is returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
- You provide a valid proof of purchase
Products that are damaged due to misuse, altered, or worn cannot be accepted for a return.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@trevya.store within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges
Currently, Trevya does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Provide a photo of the damaged item and your order number
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs
